Our "Home220" is NOT located in the old city but close enough to what the city has to offer. We are in Suthep District. The artist community "Baan Kang Wat", local market, street food, coffee shops, gym and grocery store are in bike ride distance. If you are looking for a quiet and private home to relax, then welcome to our "Hideaway Home 220" 😊🌿❤️ The space This hideaway home is constructed of bricks and reclaimed wood. We love the cozy feeling of the wood & contrasting look of the bricks. We also fill the home with pieces of arts from our personal studio. There is one bedroom with a king-sized bed, one a/c and a working table. **The bed is for two persons. For the third guest, we will set up another single bed in the bedroom. Please see photos of the house. There is 8 usd extra fee for the third person** At the living room, you can enjoy making tea or coffee at the mini bar & watching TV. There is a kitchen with microwave, electric stove, fridge, toaster, kettle and kitchenwares. Enjoy cooking! We also provide you with bicycles with locks to explore our local village. Khing, my co-host sister lives just next door. You will feel safe here. ***For monthly stay, we ask you to pay for your own electric usage which is 5 Baht per unit or 1,000-2,000 Baht when using the a/c at night*** Guest access The whole house with your own: -entrance -washing machine -bicycles -Garden -WiFi 500/500 -an air purifier in the house Other things to note -We don't serve breakfast, but we provide you with well-equipped kitchen and the nearest coffee shop and bistro is less than one minute walk. -It would be more convenient if you use scooter. ***For monthly stay, we ask you to pay for your own electric usage which is 5 Baht per unit or 1,000-2,000 Baht when using the a/c at night*** ***The price shown are for 2 persons.
