Relax in this new, bright, single-story house, without any neighbors, quiet, classified 3 stars by the Tourist Office, fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with new appliances. In summer you benefit from integrated and centralized air conditioning and winter heating. For your peace of mind, all windows are equipped with roller blinds. You will stay in a house occupied and pampered the rest of the year by its owner. The space From the entrance, a storage cupboard for clothes and shoes - A 31 m2 living room with TV - A fully equipped 12 m2 kitchen: oven, microwave, glass cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, cupboards with everything you need to cook. In the cupboards you will find dishes for breakfast and meals: bowls, cups, plates, cutlery, glasses, salad bowls, pans, pots, cooking utensils... Your sleeping area is composed of: - 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower and hairdryer. - a separate toilet with hand washbasin. - 2 bedrooms with storage: . 1 bedroom of 15 m2 with a bed of 160 x 190, a large closet, a dresser, overlooking the back terrace and the garden. . 1 bedroom of 13 m2 with two beds of 80 (the 2 beds can be pushed together to turn into a bed of 160), a closet and a dresser overlooking the front of the house. Bed linen provided on request: €20 for the double bed, €10 per person for small beds, beds made on arrival. Towels can be provided upon request: €5 per person. A laundry room including a sink, washing machine and dryer is available for stays longer than 4 nights. Board games, hiking and cycling maps, a book presenting tourist points and activities are available. We are waiting for the fiber optic connection. The house is not suitable for underage children and pets are not allowed. The nightly rate is net with no extra charge for cleaning. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and the garden equipped in the summer with a garden table, chairs for 4 and a parasol. Other things to note On the front of the house you have parking that can accommodate 2 vehicles. The terrace in front of the living room overlooks an enclosed garden, itself overlooking a plot of 3000 m2 You will stay in a "furnished tourist accommodation", outside the rental periods the house is inhabited by its owner unlike the "cottages" which are reserved only for rentals.
