Description
Stay in your own suite in Spindstua, a historic building from 1821. The former factory building was converted into housing for directors at Solberg Spinnery. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with good views and everything you need to live and cook in the retro Sigdal Kitchen from 1960. Modern bathroom from 2011. There is a short distance to the forest with good hiking opportunities, shops and bus stop. 10-12 minutes to Drammen city center by bus/car. The space Shared entrance and outer hallway. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a lockable door. Everything inside this door you will have access to during your stay. When the apartment is not rented out, it is used for accommodation for friends and family, as well as a hobby room/extra living room. Next to the apartment we have a studio that is rented out permanently. We live on the floor below with children aged 3 and 1, who can be heard at times. Guest access You will be able to access your own apartment with a key, as well as a code for the common entrance door.
