The renovated and passionately furnished house is entirely on one floor and consists of a bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, and reserved parking. It overlooks the large private park with direct access to walks and hiking trails. We are in a quiet area but close to bars, restaurants and agritourisms. Heated with heat pumps in winter and air-conditioned in summer, with window screens to allow air circulation without worrying about insects. Close to home, beautiful trails ( we offer hiking equipment) and a bike and e-bike rental to make your stay even more pleasant. The house is located very close to the Via degli Dei, which connects Bologna to Florence, and the Via della Lana e della Seta, which connects Bologna to Prato. The cost to Sasso Marconi station is 10 euros, while to and from the airport the cost is 25 euros. We offer covered parking for bicycles or motorcycles. Nearby, you will find a café, a pastry shop, a tobacco shop, a tavern, restaurants, and a wonderful agritourism facility where, in addition to serving breakfast and dinner, they offer yoga and Pilates classes. Guest access Guests can park next to or in front of the house where we have a dedicated and private parking for two cars.
