Main Floor of Victorian Home in Parkdale

The entire main floor of this Toronto classic victorian house is ready to welcome you and your guests - It is a good fit for both short stays and longer ones with our fully stacked kitchen, ultra-fast wifi and private laundry access. You can also be sure to be cozy for the Canadian weather at any time of the year with central cooling and heating! The space This beautiful home is a gem nestled in a quiet street, just on the border of Parkdale and Roncesvalles. The space is newly renovated, but keeps its character through the original brick wall and classic finishings which have been kept since the house construction in 1890. This unit is accessible directly through the main entrance door and includes the entire main floor of the house and access to our shared backyard! The bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a large closet, blackout blinds if you want to sleep-in and an original stained glass work from the 19th century. In case, you need more sleeping space, you can also use the pull-out couch in the living room which sleeps 2 people comfortably. The kitchen includes all pans, pots, baking sheet, spices and tools you would need to make a family meal and large appliances such as a full-size fridge, electric-top stove/oven and a microwave. The laundry room located in the basement is included in your stay fee and also includes complimentary laundry detergent, dryer sheets and an iron, steamer and ironing board. Please note, If you are driving I do not own a parking spot. For parking, I recommend guests to park at the Green P car park located at 14 Fuller Ave which is about a 5 min walk from the airbnb. Overall you can expect, high-ceilings, hardwood floors, cozy rugs, awesome original brick wall and lots of light! Additionally, if you are looking for entertainement - you are within walking distance to all the trendy neighbourhoods of Toronto, Queen West, Ossington, Dundas West, Roncy. Plenty of cute coffee shops, bars, restaurants. And quick access to the beach or High Park! Feel free to reach out for recommendations .
