NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review. 2 NIGHT MIN -- 2-night minimum. All prebooking questions must be answered to process your reservation. If guest fails to answer any prebooking questions their reservation will be canceled and/or declined. LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting with Airbnb due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule). PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed. GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.
