We can arrange in house yoga, foot zoning, or massage. Wanting to get outside, we offer outdoor yoga, sound baths and meditation. Feeling adventurous, book one of our guided trips such as, canyoneering, Mtn biking, e-biking, rock climbing, or rental gear for the narrows.
