The sectional is ready for a post-ski pile-on. The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking, from pancakes before first chair to a big group dinner at the dining table or out on the deck when the mountain air is just right. Sleeping spaces: • Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower • Bedroom 2: King bed • Bedroom 3 (loft): Queen bed plus trundle Two full bathrooms keep busy mornings moving. Who it's for: This is a great home base for families and friend groups who want big mountain views, quick access to the slopes and trails, and room for the pup too. The loft is up a flight of stairs, so keep that in mind for anyone who would rather stay on one level. Our local team is on call throughout your stay, so all you have to do is soak up those Angel Fire sunrises! The whole cabin is yours, with easy keypad entry! The only spot that's off-limits is the owner's private closet. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this property. To keep things peaceful for everyone, we kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. . Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per dog, up to 2 dogs per stay. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted. We kindly ask that dogs are crate trained and picked up after. Thank you! Exterior security cameras are installed at the front door, back door, and side of the garage for quality and security monitoring purposes. Please note there is no central air conditioning in the home, though an AC unit in the upstairs loft helps on warmer summer days. GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation. Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival. Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out. You're tucked right into the Angel Fire Resort Country Club, with the mountain just minutes away. The mountain: Angel Fire Resort is about 5 minutes away for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing in winter, then mountain biking, zip-lining, scenic chairlift rides, and disc golf once the snow melts. Country club: The clubhouse is open to the public, with a restaurant and full bar right in the neighborhood. You can also use the fitness center and indoor heated pool for a small day fee. It's perfect for a swim after a cold ski day! Food & drink: Cozy local spots for pizza, New Mexican favorites, fresh-baked treats, and a local brewery are all about 5 to 10 minutes away. Day trips: Eagle Nest Lake is about 20 minutes away, Taos and Taos Pueblo about 40 minutes, the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge about 50 minutes, Taos Ski Valley just over an hour, and Santa Fe about 2 hours. A car is your best friend here, since Uber and Lyft are hard to come by in Angel Fire. On ski days, skip the parking hunt entirely! Angel Fire Resort runs a complimentary on-demand shuttle that picks you up at the base area and drops you right at the house, and the number is in your house guide. Taos Regional Airport is about 45 minutes away.
