Located just outside of Fredericksburg on a private road near several popular wineries and La Bonne Vie Ranch, privacy and seclusion are plentiful on this private acreage. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
