It is a 15 minute tram ride (runs approx every 15 minutes) to Caulfield and Caulfield race Course. The space Very quiet and secure unit on the ground floor located close to Acland street. Secure off street parking in gated complex. Guest access Very easy car or pedestrian access to our unit for our guests. There is a full laundry available and washing is $3 per load. detergent is in bottom drawer under dishwasher. There is also a communal outdoor setting with BBQ located at the back of the property. There are also many tram options within easy walking distance of the Unit.
