The space In the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park, come and discover Valcivières, the forests of fir and beech trees, to reach the Hautes-Chaumes, with splendid views of the circus of Valcivières, the Monts du Livradois, and further afield the Dôme Mountains and the Dore Mountains. This cottage is located in the village, adjoining a secondary residence. It features: On the ground floor: -a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and induction hob -a living room with sofas, TV chairs, internet - a toilet A hallway leads to these rooms and gives access to a courtyard with table chairs and umbrella for lunch, a shelter including a barbecue, beautiful flowered and wooded grounds. On the 1st floor: -a bedroom with a queen bed and walk-in shower -two bedrooms in a row: the first with two beds in 90 , the second with 1 bed in 160 -a bathroom with a walk-in shower You can enjoy a 550 m² enclosed plot with garden furniture, sun loungers and wooden terrace, as well as a 1000 m² plot.
