Here you will be surrounded by natural beauty, whether you are in the National Park or at the cabin on the forest-view deck. The perfect family vacation or hiker's retreat awaits! The space Our cabin consists of a common living/kitchen space including two bedrooms, one full and one queen, and a full bath on the first floor, plus a master suite on the second floor with king size bed, leisure area and bathroom. Guests will also enjoy our wrap around deck with hot tub, outdoor couch, propane fire pit, free standing double hammock, bbq grill and outdoor dining table with seating for 8 people. ***HOME*** - Our cabin is located in Ponderosa Basin, a quiet neighborhood that sits right in the middle of the two main towns in Mariposa County - Mariposa to the north and Oakhurst to the south - both approximately 20 mins. away. - The house is situated on 1.5 acres, and our neighbors have 250 acres of private woods adjacent for added privacy! - Multiple outdoor seating areas including dining table and hot tub! - Private parking in driveway - Deer and wild turkeys love to drop by for visits : ) ***KITCHEN*** - All new appliances - Coffee set-up includes a coffee bean grinder and selection of coffee makers (individual cup, pot & French press) - Granite kitchen countertops - Fully stocked for all of your cooking needs with pots, pans, baking dishes, spices, oils, cooking utensils - Washer & dryer ***LIVING ROOM*** - Lots of light and easy step-out access to the back and side decks - Leather couches - Gas fireplace - Smart TV - Books and puzzles ***BEDROOM 1*** (Upper Level Suite) - Very large bedroom with King size bed - En suite living room with couch and 55" Samsung Smart TV - Private bathroom - Workstation with computer monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse - Sectional sofa that can be configured into another bed ***BEDROOM 2*** (Downstairs) - Queen size bed - Large closet - Extra blankets and pillows ***BEDROOM 3*** (Downstairs) - Full size bed - Large closet - Extra blankets and pillows - (Pack n Play and extra dining room chairs in closet) Guest access Guests at Oak Haven will have access to all 1.5 acres of property, as well as to all amenities the the cabin offers, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, appliances and deck features.
