The Blue House on Two Lakes is a beautiful waterfront home on Lake Tyler East with channel access to Lake Tyler West. This is a great place to get away and relax. Sit out on the back porch and watch the deer at sunrise and sunset, have your morning coffee by the water, unwind at the fire pit after a long day, fish and swim off the Private Boat Dock with sundeck or just enjoy a good book or game in the loft. Time just melts away. New custom built home with executive kitchen, master bedroom with doors that open right out to the back patio, a luxious bath with Roman soaking tub and multi-head walk in shower. The second floor contains the second bedroom, full bath and spacious loft. Additional sleeping pull out beds are on the loft. Guests are reserving the entire premises and have full access to the house (except garage currently) and property including the private boat dock. Concrete RV pad with 50 amp and water is also available with prior notice. There is no charge for the use of the RV pad, however there could be additional guest fees. Pets are welcome in the RV/camper and on the property but we ask they not be permitted in the house and that owners please clean up after them. Please message the host with any questions. We are still setting up the garage/game area for another hang out area for guests to enjoy with darts, large games and beer fridge. Kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, outdoor games, etc. will be stored in here for guest use. The garage and the items stored here may not be available during your stay. We are still also using it on occasion to store personal items between projects while we finish the renovations. There will be a local co-host available in Tyler for guests. Contact information will be provided in the confirmation email. Interactions with guests is expected to be minimal. The local host may be present at check-in or check-out or performing outside lawn maintenance tasks depending on the day of the week. On rare occasions it may be necessary to request access to the garage or home while a guest is present. This is managed on a case by case basis and is always communicated to the guest prior to a scheduled arrival time. Every effort is made to ensure maintenance and lawn care is conducted outside scheduled reservation times, however it does change from time to time due to rain, emergency repairs, extended rental by the guest, etc. Quiet area. The deer come out in the morning and evening across the water and in the empty tree filled lots next to the house. If you use "Maps" on iPhone it will take you .2 miles short of property, keep going. The house has a circle drive and it is Blue House on the left. The address is marked on the mailbox and front entrance. Guests can put your own boat in at the public slip 1/2 mile away and use the boat dock. The public boat ramp is .5 miles down the road with a picnic area.
