Specially designed for an excellent stay, do not miss the opportunity to meet it! The space Casa Veleros is a property located on the Founders subdivision on the seaside. Ideal for 9 people to sleep. It has direct access to the beach, equipped to enjoy a very pleasant stay, it has a swimming pool and private terrace, large indoor spaces with 2 bedrooms with the following layout: Master bedroom for 3 people that features a king size bed, Queen size automatic air mattress, with air conditioning and sky fans. Second bedroom for 4 people that has 2 single beds and 1 double bed with air conditioning. Sofa-bed bed located in living room: Double size for 2 people. It has a total of three bathrooms: 1 full bathroom inside the house 1/5 bathroom inside the house 1 full bathroom outside the house 1/5 bathroom outside the house 1 outside shower to rinse off when coming from the beach. The house is equipped with the following: Kitchen, stove, refrigerator, silverware, plastic plates, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender bar, breakfast bar with chairs, knives, grill utensils, barbecue utensils among other things. Outside: Large white table, 10 white chairs, 2 beach chairs, 1 beach couch, Weber grill, trash can, ice cream maker, cleaning material, hammock, hammock, 2 soccer ball doorman, volleyball net, pool items, among other things. 2 parkings inside the property and easy to park 2 more outside the property. A temporary stay contract is signed where additional personal information is requested (Official Identification and General Data, etc.). Guest access The property has a private entrance and a set of keys is provided so they can exit and enter during their stay, we have pedestrian and vehicle access gates that we explain how to use them for the ease of guests. Other things to note Important places to know about Casa Veleros. - Parties and events are not allowed - A temporary stay contract is signed apart from the reservation by the app where we request personal information and general information to complete the registration. - There will be some nights in which the pool has to be maintained, for this the guest will be asked to stop using the same at a certain time during the night. (Generally 9pm to 9am)
