1925 Craftsman in great location with easy light rail to stadiums, downtown, Capitol Hill, UW, & airport * 5 minute walk to light rail and groceries * 10 minute walk to Mount Baker Beach Park on Lake Washington * 10 minute walk to restaurants * 7 minute light rail to Mariners T-Mobile park, Seahawks Lumen Field * Cozy breakfast nook, fully stocked kitchen * Private back yard with picnic table, adirondack chairs * Off-street parking * 37" TV w/Amazon, Netflix, Hulu * Perfect for family gatherings Our two-story home is on a quiet side-street in the beautiful Mount Baker neighborhood. The main floor has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The upstairs has two bedrooms that can be joined by opening a curtain. One upstairs bedroom has a full bed and the other has 2 twin beds. There is also a 1/2 bath on the second floor. The basement is unfinished and houses a washer and dryer that are available to guests. The house has a cozy back yard that is perfect for family picnics. Full access to the house (excluding our private storage space). Our home has a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and private back yard. Our garage is also available to guests (sedans up to 16 1/2 feet, height clearance 6 feet 7 inches) and there's usually lots of street parking as well. We have a guest permit for street parking if needed. For guests who have a hard time with stairs, there's just one flight of steps to get into the house from the alley/garage, compared to two flights of steps to get inside from the front. Both the front and back steps have railings. I am available nearby to come help with anything you need. The Mount Baker neighborhood is an older residential neighborhood on the shore of Lake Washington in southeast Seattle. The neighborhood has many parks that are great for family outings, including Mount Baker Park with waterfront trail, play area, tennis courts, and sandy beach. Have a great dinner at Mio Posto on your way back from the park or take light rail one stop south to Columbia City restaurants, movie theatre and fun shopping. Half a block away is a great running track and field, great for morning workouts before a day of sightseeing. The house is located conveniently close to both public transportation and freeways. It is three blocks to light rail and Metro bus hub. Interstate 5 and Interstate 90 are 5-10 minutes away by car. The area is also walkable with several restaurants, park and beach within easy walking distance. Light rail times to: * stadiums: 8 minutes * monorail (Kraken, Climate Pledge Arena): 15 minutes * downtown (Pike Place Market): 15 minutes * UW stadiums: 22 minutes * airport: 23 minutes This is a quiet family neighborhood; we ask that guests respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10pm. This is our home; please give it the same loving care you give your own. Thank you!
