The Granite House - Family Cabin in the Tonto!

This large, rambling cabin in the heart of Payson has something for the whole family! Hike the Tonto Natural Bridge, bring your off-road vehicles, enjoy Willow Springs Lake, tour local antique shops, or just escape the Valley heat! The Granite House is the perfect place to make memories with your friends & family! Accepting reservations for 21 years and above. The space This unique home features four floors on split levels, so the whole gang can spread out! 1st Level: Walk into a fully stocked entertainer's kitchen with electric stove, appliances and a dishwasher (with enough tableware for everyone). This space opens into the main dining room that seats 8 comfortably. You will also find the utility room with a full-sized washer & dryer. The primary bedroom on this level has a king sized bed with stylish linens & a TV. There is a bathroom nearby that has a walk-in shower. Access to the fully fenced backyard is on this floor as well; here you can find the BBQ and fire pit! Accessible only from the backyard includes a ping-pong table and other outdoor games! 2nd Level: Here you will find the main gathering area with updated modern furnishings, TV, as well as another dining/game table which seats 4 and games. On this floor you also have access to the side porch, which offers plenty of outdoor seating and the option for covered outdoor dining. 3rd Level: On this floor there are 2 bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a tub. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a futon sofa that can be used for sleeping. 4th Level: There are two bedrooms on this floor, each with a queen bed. Guests (especially children) enjoy the uniqueness of these rooms, as they are settled under the peak of the house and have low ceilings and entry way. Bringing your kids? We also have children, so we have everything for an infant/child (pack n play, high chair, toys, cups, plates, a safety gate, etc) so no need to pack for a small army! Other things to note: This is an incredibly special property to us. We are happy to share its love and are thrilled that others can make wonderful memories there. We just ask you to follow the house rules and respect our home as if it was yours! Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the entire home except for the garage. This area will be locked. Other things to note We have your comfort in mind! We provide coffee grounds, fresh linens & towels, as well as shampoo, body wash & conditioner in the bathrooms. There are stores within walking distance should you need anything else.
