Your unforgettable coastal escape awaits! Guest access You will have whole house available to you. Garage is not available for guests, but there's parking on the driveway and on the street. There are 2 built-in linen cabinets in the corridor which are not available for guests, they are locked and reserved for linen/cleaning. The shed at the back of the house is also locked from access. Other things to note Important Information for Your Stay To ensure a comfortable and safe experience at Surfside Holiday Home, please note the following: * CCTV Camera: For your security, a CCTV camera is installed in the front yard, covering the public entrance area. Your privacy inside the home and in private outdoor spaces is always respected. * Our home is equipped with smart sensor to help us manage the property responsibly. It does NOT record audio or video. It monitors noise levels, occupancy, and smoke * Hot Water System: Our home uses an off-peak 315L hot water system. While generally sufficient, excessive use (e.g., multiple long showers) in the evening may deplete the hot water supply.
