Welcome to rent our family villa near Örebro city center. The house has our personal style and you land in everyday life in one of Örebro's idyllic residential areas. Here you get access to a 1000 sqm garden with fruit trees and a veranda. On our loan bike or on foot, you can reach Örebro's attractions such as Örebro Castle, Stadsparken/Wadköping, Gustavsvik or Conventum, all within half an hour. The space The house is located on a large, mature garden with a large trampoline, sandbox, kitchen garden, large porch for summer evenings and a hot tub (Lazy-SPA). On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen (new appliances, otherwise early 90s), guest toilet, living room with dining table (6-8 seats) and large porch for summer evenings. The upper floor has one bedroom with a large double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, a large newly-renovated bathroom with bathtub and shower and a children's room with toys that can be kept open for families with children (sometimes we can close it for storage). The basement has a furnished recreation room with two double sofa beds, the recreation room has a low ceiling (190 cm). There is a laundry room and a bookshelf with board games. In summer, you can borrow a hot tub. Walking distance to Stadsparken/Wadköping. Biking distance to Gustavsvik, Conventum, Örebro Travel Center. Two adult bicycles and one children's bicycle are available to borrow. You can park in the driveway. Other things to note You are responsible for cleaning and equipment is available. The key is in the key cabinet. The house has a monitored alarm.
