Other things to note The following policies and services are in place to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay for all guests. Please review them carefully before arrival. Resort Policy: Check-in is handled directly at the resort’s front desk. A few days before arrival, guests receive detailed instructions outlining how to access the property and complete the check-in process smoothly. At check-in, the resort will collect the following fees directly: • A refundable security deposit of $250, held on your card and released after departure once the property has been inspected. Processing times vary depending on your bank. • A resort fee of $40 plus tax per night, covering access to shared amenities such as the pools, fitness center, and beach service (two chairs and one umbrella, first come, first served). • Valet parking is available for $35 plus tax per night, with special rates for extended stays. Please note: The resort manages these rates, and they may update them without immediate reflection on our listing. A valid ID and credit card matching the reservation name are required at check-in. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in any resort common areas. A $500 fee applies for violations. To preserve air quality and comfort, please keep all doors and windows closed while using the air conditioning. Guest Convenience: Several optional services and amenities are available for an additional fee, which can be arranged prior to or during your stay. • Early check-in is not guaranteed, but we will do their best to accommodate requests if possible.
