Gîte for 2-4 people in a haras

Relax in this stone house in the heart of a French trotter farm. About fifteen broodmares and their "babies" stay there all year round, and some champions can spend a vacation there. You will also meet some cats, MANGO the "clingy" and nice Bernese cattle dog, and CANNELLE the "distant" and beautiful Sharpei, Rhodesian and Samoyed cross. For the safety/peace of mind of our young horses, dogs, we will not be able to accommodate other animals. The space The main room has an open kitchen to the dining room and small living room. The kitchen area is equipped with a double sink, hob, oven and microwave. A refrigerator (with a small freezer compartment) is also present in the room. The room has a round table for 4 people with 4 chairs. Also in the same room is a seating area with a sofa, a small shelf and a corner cabinet on which is placed the TV. The sofa is convertible into a bed for 1 to 2 people. The accommodation has one bedroom with 1 double bed 180 x 200 for 2 people. The bathroom has a toilet, vanity and shower. Guest access The place is a stone house dedicated to guests. They will have a green space with 4 chairs and a round table to enjoy the green landscape, or even some chickens and 1 duck. Other things to note The cottage is in the heart of a stud farm of about fifteen broodmares and their "babies". 2 nice dogs (a young Bernese cattle dog and a Sharpei-Rhodesian-Samoyed cross) and 5 cats roam freely. I no longer accept pets from guests, for their safety and that of the horses on the site.
