Perfect for large groups or families. Plenty of space for sleeping arrangement. Pets allowed. My home is a one storey building. It has a 4 bedroom, kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms, TV room, dining space. Home is surrounded by shopping & dining for any occasion. Guest access Schlage lock with Keypad Touchscreen. To enter the house simply enter the passcode. Passcode will be provided before the check in date. Other things to note * No parties, loud music, and loud talking are allowed. * Extra Guests-extra fees apply! * Ultrasonic pest repeller for rats or mice plug in the house for protection purposes only which is safe for pets. The house doesn't have rats or mice based on inspection. Late check out is acceptable basis on getting permission from me. Guests need to message me, get permission and confirmation message from me. Regular check out at 10am. No late check out fees will apply if guests check out at 11 am. After 11am-4pm extra late fees applied depending on the extra hours stay. Late check out fees pay through Airbnb platform.
