Host your dream wedding or celebration at this one-of-a-kind private retreat! Tons of great photo spots with nice trails through the woods! Enjoy a full court gym with pickleball, volleyball, and basketball. Relax in the hot tub, outdoor shower, or around the firepit on the huge porch. Explore over 6 miles of private trails leading to a lake and creek for fishing and swimming. Sleeps plenty with 2 bedrooms and a large bunk room with lofts— extra fee for wedding parties (up to 120 people) The space The gym is heated and has AC, the living space has a wood burning stove and full kitchen. The upstairs has two bedrooms, a half bath and bunk room. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and beautiful views of nature! Guest access The home sits on 110 acres of wooded and rolling hills. The trail system winds through the entire property! There is a stream that flows through the land and a 5 acre lake! Both the stream and lake have wonderful fishing and wildlife viewing opportunities! Other things to note As with most nature activities weather can be unpredictable. Please bring hiking shoes and be prepared for rain, mud, snow, and anything else nature can throw at you! In the event of snowfall I will do my best to come and plow the lane in a timely manner, in case of emergency I do have a utv with plow on it you can use.
