Casaluna, nice little studio in the center of the village

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located in the heart of the village, you will find restaurants, bars, grocery store, bakery, tobacco... Sotta is a strategic location, very central, within walking distance of all major sites while avoiding traffic: 10 minutes from Porto Vecchio, Santa Giulia, Figari, 20 minutes from Palombaggia, Tonnara, 30 minutes from Bonifacio. The space A 17 m2 "tiny house", outside a guest house where a room is rented to other guests. The studio is located at the end of the terrace, with independent access. The terrace is shared with the other guests in the room. The bed is 160 cm wide, located on the mezzanine. The access staircase is very comfortable, and contains plenty of storage. The remaining height above the mattress is sufficient to sit on. A roof window will allow you to watch the stars from your bed. Below the mezzanine, the height is 2.20 m, tall people will feel comfortable there. The decoration is Mediterranean style, using antique woods and fresh colors. Guest access Only the terrace is shared. Other things to note Linens are provided, and will be changed every 4/5 days depending on the length of stay. The bed is made the first time, the other times will be the occupants' turn! 😄 Cleaning is charged to be done at guest checkout, it does not include daily maintenance inside the studio. A small supply of coffee, tea, sugar, oil... is already provided, but will not be enough for long stays, occupants will have to buy their own.
