With its breathtaking sea view overlooking Chaweng Beach, this beautiful property offers the perfect holiday escape. This house features 3 good sized bedrooms, each with air conditioning, comfortable bedding, and stunning sea views. Outside, the house boasts a beautiful outdoor pool where you can take a dip, relax, and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. Our staff will be on site to look after you during your stay and ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The space You enter the villa with the living area, open kitchen, and get accessed to the pool from this level. One bedroom is located on the ground floor. Two more bedrooms are one level up. Guest access The guests can enjoy the whole place Other things to note The villa is located on the hill in Chaweng Noi, some part is quite steep therefore if you rent a car it’s recommended to rent a powerful one. If you don’t want to drive by yourself, our staff will be happy to book taxis for you. Some neighbor houses in the area might be under some renovations however mostly everything is under good management, and so far not any noisey stage. In some situations electricity maybe be charged separately especially for monthly stay. Before accepting the booking I’ll make sure to inform you about additional charges if there’s any or feel free to check with me. At check in we need to collect all guests’ passport to report TM30 by law, refusing to provide your passport details will lead to a failure to check in. At check in a damage deposit will be collected by cash based on your length of stay.
