Serenity & Comfort in the Jungle

Enjoy a modern house with all amenities surrounded by nature but only minutes (by car) away from town and a short ride to the Diamante and Nauyaca waterfalls in the area or the beach town of Dominical. This has epic jungle views, loads of privacy but all modern day amenities. You can watch wildlife, practice yoga on the terrace, refresh in the river on the property or take a 15 min hike to a magical waterfall nearby. The town of Platanillo with all amenities is in walking distance. The space The property has lush tropical forest and still receives lots of sunshine. Morpho butterflies, colibris and toucans are common sights and sometimes even a sloth or coati comes to visit. At the bottom of the property runs a stream where you can refresh yourself and there is grass areas to lie down and soak up the sun. The house has an ample kitchen & living room with epic views, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a huge covered terrace. The bathroom has hot water and a very good shower. Please remember to not throw anything into the toilet because the septic tank can't handle it. The terrace has a sitting space to take in the gorgeous view, have your meals here or work. All windows have both glass & screens for perfect airflow when it gets hot or closing the house fully when you are out. The Fiber Optic internet (Wifi) works great here. You won't need a fan or air-con as the climate here is really mild. While it gets warm during the day, it really cools off at night. You might even need the blankets we provide :-) Guest access The whole house is yours to use, you can stroll in the gardens, enjoy the river & quiet time. Both the Yoga Shala and the river can be accessed by a path shared with another cabin. Your garden, entry and house is only for you to use, no one else has access. Other things to note IMPORTANT TO READ You will have to walk downhill from the gate about 15 meters. So if you are physically handicapped in any way this place is not for you. This place is part of an ecological corridor, so only natural washing products, soap, etc. can be used. (Either you bring it or easy to get in the next town) This is a strict no drugs, no smoking, no party place. No loud music, parties, gatherings or events.
