Return home & relax in front of the fireplace. We have friendly dogs on site. Food treats and beverages treats await you. The space Small town living within minutes of big city environment. We are close to many outdoor and indoor activities! Mosport Raceway, Kayaking, ATV trails, snowmobile trails, ice fishing, museum and the Blue Heron Casino are all just 5-25 minutes away. We live on site and will be available to answer any questions or provide suggestions. We are 10 minutes to Port Perry, (historic buildings, restaurants, big box stores, lakefront activities, hospital), 25 minutes to Bowmanville (Mosport Raceway, lakefront, restaurants, movie theatres, big box stores, GO bus) and to Oshawa (lakefront parks, GO train, restaurants, hotels, movie theatres, shopping) and one hour (traffic depending) to east Toronto. Guest access You will have access to a large portion of the backyard. Please be aware that there are small animals in the neighbourhood including rabbits, squirrels and skunks. Guests will follow the path in front of the home, through the gate, down the steps and follow the path to the patio doors. Your cozy studio apartment awaits you. During your stay Jacqueline and Rick live on site and are available for questions, directions and general help. Other things to note Our suite has a queen bed and double sofa bed and comfortably accommodates 2 adults with 2 children of all ages (a crib/playyard can be provided for infants). For extra occupants over 14 years old, a $15.00/day/guest fee per occupant will be charged. We look forward to hosting you!
