Centrally located less than 10 mins from Masters & downtown (~7 mins), 5 mins from Augusta University Summerville, Medical District, and the VA. 18 mins from Fort Gordon. Bus routes at the end of the street take you to both campuses, walmart, and other nearby areas. Check bus routes online for more details! There is a coffee shop and food/tavern just a few steps away as well as a family dollar & dollar general within a 3 minute walk. The space Rooms are private and home is shared. Please inquire as to which 2 rooms are available. If more than 2 rooms are needed send booking message so we can send a special discounted offer for any additional rooms needed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire back of the Duplex which includes full kitchen, livingroom, and dinning room. Room #4 is the largest bedroom but is a bit of a Harry potter/hidden room with kind of an odd entrance since it can connect to either the front or back unit, the entrance to this room is through a closet. The driveway is shared so please be sure to park in the back and not block the driveway. The laundry room is on the porch and can be accessed through the black door or directly through the livingroom so please keep the door from the living room to laundry room door locked. Guests have 1 parking spot per room available for use. The laundry room may be used by me/the front tenant. Thermostat is remotely operated and set for shared spaces. During your stay The best way to reach me is through the airbnb app or through text. I try to respond within the hour or two, unless I have my phone in hand, then you can expect a reply within minutes.
