Dear Guests, We are delighted to welcome you, and to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we would like to inform you of our accommodation conditions and the services we provide: GENERAL RULES: The following are not allowed: - The production of sounds or noises that may harm the good coexistence with others, TENANTS or OWNERS, and there should be maximum silence after 10 p.m.; - The use of profanity on the premises of the Condominium, violating the elementary rules of good manners; - The use of the large windows to hang clothes and towels; - The removal of utensils from the Apartment or their exchange with another Apartment; - The entry of third-party vehicles into the internal area of the condominium; - Holding parties, barbecues, and other celebrations in an area that is not reserved for such events; - The entry of guests beyond the amount allowed and authorized by the LESSOR in the contract. (In this case, the amount stipulated in the contract will be charged separately); FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES MAY RESULT IN A FINE, AND IN CASE OF REPEATED VIOLATIONS, THE LESSOR MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE CONDOMINIUM AREA WITHOUT ANY RIGHT TO ANY REFUND CORRESPONDING TO THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID FOR THE LEASE OF THE PERIOD. It is recommended to: - Turn off all lights and equipment when leaving the APARTMENT; - Close the door when leaving the APARTMENT, even for short periods; - Request in advance from the LANDLORD the reservation of the kiosk and use of the barbecue, tables and chairs; - The use of Piglets in the leisure area is prohibited. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OBJECTS OR DAMAGE CAUSED TO GUEST VEHICLES OCCURRING WITHIN THE CONDOMINIUM. SWIMMING POOL: - The pool in low season is usually closed once a week for treatment, in seasonal periods up to twice a week: - Opening hours: from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.; - Children under 10 years of age are not allowed to stay on the Deck and in the Pools without adult supervision; - Please use the shower before entering the pool; - Avoid using sunscreen minutes before entering the pool, as this compromises water quality; - It is expressly forbidden to eat and/or drink on the deck, on the edge or in the pool. ACCESSIBILITY: - The condominium has only one elevator, in case of oscillation and/or lack of power, maintenance of the elevator or any other damage caused to it, it is not the responsibility of the host, so we advise within the rules of the apartment because if there is a PCD in the reservation, you will already be aware that the condominium only has one elevator.
