This house is in a wonderful location as its on the beach side and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Great location for kids and family! ***The blinds have cords which are accessible from the bunk beds; even though they are tightly secured, I have stated it may not be suitable for some children. *** Guest access The entire property may be accessed during your stay except for the owner’s closet which will remain locked. An armoire is provided for your things in primary suite. There is also a Charcoal grill available for guests located in the garage downstairs. The front door is accessed by key code. Other things to note -Primary renter has to be at least 25 yrs old with a valid driver's license. -The house is equipped with WIFI and Hulu Live.
