Guest access Please use only our yard. We don't have a fence, but you will be able to tell where the property line is. Please keep your pets on a leash in the yard. My neighbor has small children and their own dogs. A ground tethered leash has been provided in the yard for your fur baby. Other things to note SMOKING ANYTHING INSIDE THE HOME IS PROHIBITED. Please be considerate to your host, the housekeeper and our next guests. Our cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest" any excessive dirtiness or neglect will accrue an additional $75 fee. If you encounter an issue during your stay, we will address and resolve it as quickly as possible. However, compensation will not be provided as an alternative to fixing the issue. No parties or events are allowed. Your reservation will be cancelled immediately without any refunds if this rule is not followed.
