This area of Florida has been rarely experience bad storm/hurricane, however, no one can predict what Mother Nature wants to do. We highly suggest that guests purchase travel insurance if booking is during the hurricane season. We provide starter trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps, detergents, and propane. Maintenance team (latest schedule as of 6/30/25) - To keep the pool and the landscape in great shape and allow you to utilized the best of it, the pool company will be on the property on Tuesday/Friday and Landscape will be on Friday for maintaining the place. Quick important rules to know. NOISE ORDINANCE Mon-Fri: 10pm-7am Weekends and Holidays: 10pm-10am The home is in the family friendly neighborhood, please refrained from loud music. If the Police are called: They will issue one (1) warning first, and we will be notified that this has occurred. Second or more notices may result in a $75+ fine and eviction without refund. These ordinances are strictly enforced, and any fines will be the responsibility of the guest. Please be mindful of loud music and loud voices or activities especially outside. PARKING All vehicles must be parked in driveways. Please do not park in our neighbors’ yards. Please do not exceed the maximum number of vehicles allowed (5). Boats/Trailers must be approved – and they may not be parked in the Right of Way or streets. No RV’s or Motor Homes Allowed
