Take a break and unwind in this peaceful setting. Karin's apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with two single beds and the family room has a double sofa bed. There is also a toilet with shower and a patio where you can enjoy the view of the Kalix River, which is about 40 meters from the apartment. New for summer 2026! Now there is the possibility to rent an electric bike. The space The accommodation provides bed linens, towels and soap. The accommodation is a year-round accommodation, so access to engine heaters is available. Guest access The guest apartment is detached with its own entrance. Other things to note New for summer 2026! Now there is the possibility to rent an electric bike. A cargo bike with room for 1 adult and 2-4 children. And a bicycle for 1 person. Pictures are available. Price for a folding bike: SEK 400/day. 3 days SEK 1050. 7 days SEK 1750. Please feel free to bring your own helmets. It is possible to pre-order breakfast, 100 sek/person and 50 sek/child under the age of 12. You are welcome to bring your pet, max. 2 dogs, 100 SEK/dog.
