Le Perrus is a magnificent new, high-quality DécoBois chalet located in Xonrupt-Longemer, 200 m from Lake Longemer and all its nautical activities. Hiking trails and inns await you at the turn of the chalet. The Bresse alpine ski slopes are 10 minutes away and the Nordic ski slopes are 12 minutes away. The city of Gérardmer is a 5-minute drive away, you will find many shops, restaurants and its large lake. The space The chalet is divided into 3 levels, with a pleasant and very bright living room on the ground floor. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO and filter coffee maker, a living room with a connected TV and Netflix subscription, and a dining room where you can enjoy the pellet stove! Just above this cathedral ceiling space, the mezzanine with its foosball, games and toys and sofa for young and old. From the living room, you will exit onto the suspended wooden terrace of more than 60 m², part of which is sheltered. You will enjoy a good barbecue and deckchairs to bask on this terrace overlooking the Vosges forests on 2 wings of the chalet. On the sleeping side, you will find a 1st bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm double bed and access to the terrace, on the ground floor: a 2nd bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, terrace access and a 3rd family bedroom with a 160 cm double bed (which can be divided into 2 80 cm single beds) and 2 90 cm single bunk beds. For your comfort, each room is equipped with quality bedding to enjoy your nights, a TV connected with Netflix, a bathroom with hairdryer, a room thermostat, electric blackout shutters and wooden flooring.
