Cozy cottage with private large garden and surrounded by vineyards, a few steps from the ponds and woods. The ideal place to relax while enjoying the wine we produce and the perfect starting point for trips to the surrounding area. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) which can be booked at least two days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 50 meters from the cottage. The space Bedrooms and rooms: Ground floor: The cottage is entered through a spacious glass veranda. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a beautiful tiled stove, a sofa bed for two people, a dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a separate toilet, and a stairway to the first floor. First floor: There is a pleasant resting area to relax in front of the TV with a sofa bed and 2 bedrooms. First bedroom: 1 double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed by agreement. Second bedroom: 2 sofa beds (4 beds in total). From this room there is access to the attic, where there is a small room with two mattresses for reading or relaxing. From the north side (second bedroom) of the house, there is a view of Mount Sedlo and the garden. Sanitary facilities: bathroom with a toilet and shower + separate toilet. Heating: Electric central heating boiler and a fireplace. Transport, parking: Parking is possible directly at the building in a fenced parking lot for 4 cars (or for a caravan), and in front of the house there is parking for one more car. Guest access The whole property, the garden (fenced) and the parking (gated) included, are accessible only to guests.
