Cozy Cape Cod in Durham

Enjoy your stay at our spacious, family friendly house in Durham. From a fully stocked kitchen to toys for little ones, you will have everything you need to make yourself right at home. You can walk to a bakery and sandwich shop, and you're only a few minutes from downtown, Duke, and great restaurants. Note: We now have chickens in the back corner of our backyard! They’re a delight and you’re welcome to visit them. We will have a chicken sitter come once a day at a set time to check on them. Other things to note As we mentioned, we have chickens fenced off in the back of our backyard. They’re far from the house and fully contained. We will have a neighbor visit them once a day to make sure they have food and water. The neighbor will not enter the house, they will enter the backyard through the gate. You are not expected to do anything at all with the chickens or interact with the neighbor!
