The space Alex Suite is a modern, fully renovated 50 sq.m. loft, designed for ultimate comfort, relaxation, and romantic moments. It features an open-plan layout with a king-size bed with a premium mattress, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV, allowing you to enjoy your favorite Netflix series using your personal account. ⚠️ Important information: The king-size bed and the sofa bed are located in the same open space (not in separate rooms). More than 4 guests are not allowed under any circumstances. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the impressive 30 sq.m. balcony, featuring a private heated jacuzzi for 2 guests. The jacuzzi is heated all year round and will be set at the ideal temperature, ready for immediate use upon your arrival. 🛁 The jacuzzi is strictly for up to 2 people at a time and cannot be used simultaneously by more guests. From the balcony, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city, with the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill as a stunning backdrop, while on clear days you can even see the sea. For an even more memorable experience, a telescope is available on the balcony, allowing you to fully admire the view, day and night. The space features romantic lighting, detailed stay instructions, and luxury white linens (bed sheets, towels, bathrobes). In the kitchen, you will find an espresso machine, while coffee and tea are provided free of charge, perfect for enjoying on the balcony with the spectacular view. The apartment is located in a prime area, just 800 meters from the metro station, offering easy access to the center of Athens. The neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets, creating a lively and authentic urban atmosphere. Guest access On the day of your arrival, you will receive a personal access code for the key locker, located at the entrance of the building. Inside, you will find two keys: one for the main building entrance, and one for the apartment. The apartment is located on the 5th floor. You may use the elevator up to the 4th floor, and then continue one floor by stairs (approximately 15 steps) to reach the apartment. ⚠️ Important note: This apartment is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties, as access requires climbing one floor via stairs. Other things to note The fireplace is available upon request. Firewood is provided at an additional cost of €20 per stay, which will be charged separately through Airbnb.
