The space This charming residence is nestled in an exceptional 4 hectare property in a wine village of Character with all the amenities: supermarket, bakery, tobacco/press, restaurants.... In a real haven of peace surrounded by a river (unsecured for children) and greenery, this cottage will be the ideal place to rest and recharge your batteries. The owner living on the property will be very discreet during your stay. On the ground floor you will have an equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace overlooking the park, a living room composed of a dining area and a living room with fireplace, a bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms (160x200 beds), a 2nd living room with convertible sofa (possibility of 2 additional beds). Outside, you will enjoy enclosed and secure parking, a terrace with table, garden furniture, barbecue, and sunbathing. Possibility of loaning bicycles (conditions with the owner). Visit/tasting of the owners' estate will be offered upon request. All charges are included in the price: heating, electricity, wood, beds made, towels and linens, end of stay cleaning. For everyone's safety, outdoor security cameras are installed in the courtyard, in front of the front door of the cottage and in the Park, possibility to deactivate them during your stay upon request.
