Outside, you will enjoy a closed and secure parking lot, a terrace with table, garden furniture, barbecue and sunbathing. Possibility of loaning bicycles (conditions with the owner). Visit/tasting of the owners' estate will be offered upon request. All charges are included in the price: heating, electricity, wood, beds made, towels and linens, end of stay cleaning. For everyone's safety, outdoor security cameras are installed in the courtyard, outside the front door of the cottage and in the Park, possibility to deactivate them during your stay upon request. This charming residence is nestled in an exceptional 4 hectare property in a wine village of Character with all the amenities: supermarket, bakery, tobacco/press, restaurants.... In a real haven of peace surrounded by a river (unsecured for children) and greenery, this cottage will be the ideal place to rest and recharge your batteries. The owner living on the property will be very discreet during your stay.
