Christville is triple storey house situated in a safe residential neighbourhood, inside a laneway, free from roadside, less dust and vehicle horns. Here you can experience the family ambiance, local breakfast and above all personal attention. The main sightseeing places are 500 meters within walking distance. The rooms are on the first and second floors, which is accessible by stairs only. The host stay with family on the ground floor of the house. The space We are a Homestay, situated in Fort Kochi. Our property is inside a narrow lane just 25 meters from the road. It's walking distance to almost all sightseeing spots in Fortkochi. The property has 4 basic twin rooms with fan of the same category. Any of these rooms will be provided to the guest as per availibility. The pictures of all 4 rooms are given for the guest reference. These rooms have AC facility also. If required the guest can use it with an extra payment on arrival. Breakfast if required is provided with an extra of Rs.175/- The mentioned category is for 4 guests . Two seperate twin rooms are provided with attached bathroom for both rooms. Guest access Our prestigious guests can access our small garden terrace (roof top) on the second floor. They can use the space for dining and work. During your stay We are dedicated ourselves round the clock to assist all our guests to make them feel the family ambience. I stay on the ground floor of the house with my family. The guests are always welcome to my home for any assistance or help. Other things to note The rooms have air conditioning facility also. If required AC will be provided with extra amount of Rs.500/- per room per night. This amount can be made directly to the property on arrival. Breakfast will be provided if required, with an extra cost of Rs.175/- per head. No outside guest are allowed on the premises post 9 pm. NO Parties and gatherings are allowed. NO loud music. For Indian tourist we only accept Indian government ID's as valid identification. (aadhar, driving licence, passport and voter ID) For foreign guests passports, visas or visa stamps have to be shown. For Overseas citizens of india , the OCI card can be used as ID proof when accompanied with a valid Passport.
