This newly refreshed, 640 sf cabin in Overgaard, is the perfect spot for a quick couples get-away or small family! Located in the Mogollon resort community across the highway from Bison Ranch. You'll have everything you need for a relaxing get-away! We put in extra effort to make sure you have a seamless experience. *Pets welcome with a small flat fee The space Although surrounded by trees, this property is located in a resort area in close proximity to other cabins and near the highway. Neighbors can sometimes be seen and some noise may be noticeable from the highway (although this doesn't bother most visitors). If you desire complete quiet and seclusion, this may not be the right cabin for you. ***Weather advisory*** In winter months, guests are highly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Major winter storms can roll in unexpectedly and cause delays or road closures that may make it difficult or impossible to reach the cabin. Reservations are non-refundable after a certain time and guests’ book at their own risk. ***Illness advisory*** Unexpected illness is the #1 reason why guests cancel their reservation. We DO NOT refund if guests decide to cancel because of illness. We highly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to cover this risk, especially if traveling with children. If guests chose not to purchase travel insurance, they do so at their OWN risk. Pets - Although I’ve designed the space to be pet friendly, I do still require a small pet fee per pet. This fees helps me to continue to be a pet friendly property and compensates for the extra ware/tare and cleaning required for allowing pets. Emotional support animals are still considered a “house hold pet” and need to be declared on the reservation and the pet fee paid. Only animals specifically trained to help someone with a disability are exempt. Inside Cabin: 3 Smart TVs, gas fireplace, dining table, games, AC unit, ceiling fans Outdoor Space: Gas grill, deck w/seating, free parking, (no outside fires allowed), & picnic table with bistro lights Kitchen: Fully equipped, cooking basics, spices, dish-ware & flatware, knives, toaster, Keurig & drip coffee maker Pet supplies: waste bags, pet bed, food/water bowls, treats, towel, lint roller Other: washer/dryer on site, towels/linens FAQ: A few stairs required for home access, NO campfires/outdoor fires allowed Parking: Designated space (2 vehicles) Doorbell camera located next to the front door facing out records video and sound.
