Located a couple blocks off the main road that has almost everything you need. 20 mins from downtown on a direct road. The house has two living rooms, a kitchen, a beautiful gas fireplace and more! This is my family house and I live here with my two young kids. The house will have my personal belongings in it, so please be respectful of that. Licence # 00180146 The space Two story home in Burnaby. The main house is entirely your space along with the back and front yard and the balconies and entrances. This is my personal house so please be respectful. You access through the front yard. There is a grand foyer that takes you upstairs to the living space that features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms and a kitchen. There are two balconies to watch the sunsets. We supply juicers, Samsung frame tv and speaker, gas fireplace, desk and workspace, keyboard, record player, all sorts of board games, full cable, and luxury linens You can use the back yard. The back extends into a giant park with plenty of amenities that are literally outside of your doorstep. Also, the park creates privacy. There is a self contained suite that my tenant and her 12 year old kid rent. They are completely separate. Guest access The entire house, except for a self-contained separate suite.
