The house is fenced on the edge of the nice RESIDENCES LES MARINES. Parking spaces are inside and thus secured by gates with a code. We hope to welcome you soon as guests in our well-kept and comfortable vacation home, so you can enjoy a relaxing and restful vacation in a prime location. The space Upper floor: Our house has 3 beautiful bedrooms. (All newly renovated) 1 bedroom with 160/200 cm bed + large mirror wardrobe + 2nd TV 1 bedroom with 140/200 cm bed + shelf dresser 1 bedroom with 90/200 cm bed + dresser (Floor plan of the house is shown in the PHOTO) Ground floor: living area with open kitchen (coffee machine, leather sofa, etc.) Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Separate toilet. TV with Netflix because of fiber optic Internet !!! NEW large conservatory (dining room) with 2nd large refrigerator electric awning/4-way sliding window elements with sun protection. Guest access All rooms are accessible. Other things to note Our newly renovated, magnificent swimming pool is only open to the owners and tenants of the residence (seasonal). No wide swim trunks may be worn (as in all of France).
