A 3 bedroom townhouse with a large garden, parking, in the parish of St. Saviour, in a quiet, family friendly private estate. Secure large communal garden for kids to play in safely. - 25 min walk / 10 min drive into town (St. Helier) - corner shop and pharmacy is a 3 min walk / 1 min by car - supermarket is a 10 min walk or 2 mins by car - beach is 5 mins by car - bus stop across the road - golf course and tennis court 2 mins away by car Come and stay with us! You won't regret it! The space A recent fully renovated house to modern standards (with a strict no-shoe policy) which has it's own private entrance, parking for 2 cars (1 in carport and 1 anywhere on the estate) and even a secure bike storage area. Please let us know if you require access as bikes are not allowed inside the house. There are 3 bedrooms (2 x double and 1 x single). There is a separate open plan, kitchen / diner and lounge with a very large L-sofa (this is not a sofa bed and must not be slept on), coffee table and a smart TV, with several apps including Netflix for use with your own login. The woodburner is for cosmetic use only, intended solely for aesthetic purposes and not for actual burning of wood. This is for safety, maintenance, and insurance reasons. Free wifi is provided throughout the whole of the house, even in the garden. WIFI speed is 327.48 Mbps. All windows have inside shutters and additionally all bedrooms have electric roller blinds to block out light, ensuring a restful night's sleep even in the summer months for those lighter mornings. The kitchen is very modern with a breakfast bar and pendant lights. We have a quooker tap (which provides filtered water), a warming drawer, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, induction hob, toaster, microwave, 2 ovens (a steam oven and fan oven), lots of storage and under cabinet lights. Cutlery, pans and crockery are also provided. The garden is part slabbed and part fake grass with an outside seating area for everyone to enjoy. The open plan kitchen / lounge is located on the first floor. There is also a WC on this floor. On the 2nd floor we have the 3 bedrooms and the house bathroom (with a bathtub). Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except for the garage and the loft. Other things to note - BBQ and outside hot tub is not available. - The woodburner is for cosmetic use only, intended solely for aesthetic purposes and not for actual burning of wood, for safety, maintenance, and insurance reasons. - Guests are kindly asked to be mindful of electricity usage when using the central heating during the colder months. To maintain a cosy and energy-efficient environment, we ask that the heating temperature is set to no higher than 20.5 degrees. Additionally, we ask that outside doors and windows are kept closed while the heating is on to prevent heat loss and ensure optimal efficiency.
