Our m2 flat is small but cosy. It is located in the La Latina area. We are next to Puerta de Toledo, about 20 minutes walk from the heart of Madrid (Puerta del Sol). In addition, you have several Metro stops nearby: -Puerta de Toledo at 300 m -La Latina at 500 m -Embassadors at 700 m You will love our private patio: ideal for relaxing moments in the open air! Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement The space ***Please, take the following information into account before booking: - The accommodation is located on the ground floor, so there is no need to take a lift, but there is a small step at the door of the building. - As it is on the ground floor, there is no direct sunlight and it can be dark. - Like many historic buildings in Madrid, there is no complete soundproofing. Therefore, you may occasionally notice some background noise from neighbouring units from the flat. As shown in the photos, the flat consists of an open plan kitchen-dining room with: - equipped kitchen - sofa and TV - dining table with 2 chairs - the sleeping area is organised as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (135x190) and a work desk * 1 bedroom with 2 little single beds (80x190) - 1 bathroom with shower The flat also has a private patio furnished with a table and chairs, which can be accessed from the kitchen. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has air conditioning only in the kitchen - dining room by means of 1 air conditioner unit with heat pump. Moreover, you will have 2 small heateras at your disposal. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 75 liters: it is important to know that it can run out and then, there is a waiting time for it to fill it again. Restricted area by car: If you arrive by car, please take into account the new regulations in force, which requires you to park your vehicle in a parking lot unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car.
