NO MINOR without supervision can be in the backyard due to there being a pool with no child proof gate. We can not be held responsible minors. We have two cameras 1. Front door 2. Backyard Door The purpose of both is to protect the property and at no time violates the privacy of the guests. Private home with two car parking driveway. Additional parking on the street. We do not allow parties. We ask our neighbors to inform any excessive noise so that can be addressed immediately. This excludes “reasonable music volumes” while outdoor by the pool with the understanding that there can be NO LOUD music or Noise after 10:00 pm.
