Sized at 980 Square Feet, this compact apartment has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms (1 with attached bathrooms, and another accessible from the living room). All the bedrooms are air conditioned. Living room is equipped with 1 x 43" Smart TV. The apartment is fully furnished with 2 King Size beds. There is ample wardrobe storage space. Kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, 2 burner stove, and a mixer grinder. There's an automatic washing machine in the living room too. There is inverter backup for the rare power cuts. Dining can seat 4, the hall has a 2+1 seater sofa, and a coffee table. PS - Hall doesn't have an aircon! We now sanitize the entire apartment with a fumigator after each guest check-out. Guest access Guests have access to the parking lot, elevator, stairs, terrace, and their private flat. Other things to note Please specify total guests planning to stay at the unit. Additional guest charges applicable; or might lead to reporting and cancelation. Housekeeping can be made available as an additional paid service. Please reach out for a scheduled plan during your stay (usually deployed every 3rd day). We don't extend one-time cleaning service.
