The space The ZUM LANDHAUS was originally built in 1900 as an inn on the North Sea and was a gastronomic establishment with a long history. In the past, travelers could stay here and enjoy the fresh North Sea air. Where the car parking spaces welcome our guests today, there used to be stables and feeding for their exhausted horses. In recent years, the house has been converted into a modern vacation apartment building through an extensive core renovation. This created an exciting and visible contrast between old and new. Ideal for large families is the apartment "Matthias Claudius" on the first floor of the country house. As soon as you enter the apartment, the fantastic view opens through the spacious living and dining area, which offers ample space for six people and is practically designed. This makes the room layout modern and contemporary. From the living room you have direct access to your own large terrace. In the living and dining area, an open bright and very spacious built-in kitchen is integrated (sample picture of the kitchen from the neighboring apartment, cut almost exactly the same only mirror-inverted). From the hallway you can reach the children's room and the spacious master bedroom. In the hallway, the interior designer planned a niche for a 2.5 m built-in wardrobe, which offers a lot of storage in addition to the dressers in the bedrooms. The apartment has a very modern, spacious full bathroom with rain shower with high-quality black matt fittings and washing machine including dryer. A highlight is the private terrace area in the garden. The two separate bedrooms (double bed in the master bedroom, two pull-out beds in the guest or children's room) offer up to 6 sleeping places. A bed for babies/toddlers is also available and can be provided for a fee if needed.
