The space Information about the apartment: The apartment is designed for 4 people and is therefore ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. It was completely newly furnished in June 2023. LIVING: The living room is harmonious and brightly designed and features a comfortable corner couch, an armchair, a coffee table, a smart TV and free Internet access. The living room is directly adjacent to the dining area, which can accommodate 4 people. COOKING: The open kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and more. Included in the price are a dish towel, 2 bottles of water, one capsule for the Nespresso machine per person, coffee cream, tea, dishwashing liquid and a dishwashing tab. PATIO: The quiet terrace invites you to a summer breakfast as well as a glass of wine at sunset. A Weber grill is also at your disposal. THE BEDROOM IS equipped with a double bed with a size of 160 x 200 cm. It has a wardrobe and a small seating area. On the sides of the bed are sockets with integrated USB port. The pillows and blankets are freshly covered. THE SECOND BEDROOM is located in the living room and consists of a pull-out sofa bed with a size of 140 × 220 cm. For a good night's sleep, the bed is equipped with a topper and provided with freshly covered pillows and blankets. The bathroom is located right next to the bedroom and is equipped with everything you need to start the day. This includes a hairdryer, soap, towels, bath towels, facial tissues and other amenities. All living areas of the apartment are equipped with a designer floor in wood look, which ensures an appealing and cozy atmosphere. The car can be parked directly in front of the house on the street. Other things to note OPTIONAL BOOKABLE: Barbecue: If you would like to barbecue, you can order charcoal and lighters for €10. Just let us know if you'd like to use this option. Separate sleeping options: If you are traveling as a couple and would like a separate place to sleep, you can book the sofa bed for an additional €10. Please let us know if you would like to take advantage of this option. Additional basic cleaning: For longer stays, we also offer you an additional basic cleaning for €20.
