The large farmhouse is designed to elevate a gathering, bringing people together for large family meals and backyard entertainment, and replete with farm-life experiences. Fully stocked with all the amenities you'll need to bake, cook, or host the perfect meals. 🌿 Outdoor Living at Its Finest Soak up golden afternoons under the pergola or relaxing on the deck by the dipping pool (spa heat upgrade available). Fire up dinner in our handcrafted pizza oven, or BBQ grill, then unwind under the stars with a movie on the outdoor projector or a fire in the pit. Dark sky nights make for breathtaking stargazing—keep an eye on SpaceFlightNow for front-row rocket launch views from the frontyard. We're just 4 miles from the launch site! 🚀 📺 Relax & Recharge The living room invites you to kick back with extra-deep sofas, a recliner, a 70" smart TV, PlayStation 4, a large library of books, and a cozy corner office. The triple-bay window overlooks ancient oaks and eucalyptus along the seasonal creek. 🛏️ Peaceful Bedrooms & Spa-Style Bath The primary suite features reclaimed wood details, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and twin vanities. Two additional bedrooms share a hallway full bath, making this home perfect for families or groups. One king, one queen, full over full bunk beds, and a pull-out couch allow comfortably for up to 10 guests. 🧺 Room to Breathe—and Do Laundry A huge laundry room with ample counter space lets you refresh mid-stay (there may be fresh linens in the machines—just move them along if needed!). Plus you'll find bins of toys for the kiddos to play with. 🐐 A Working Farm Experience Step out to the farm stand for just-picked produce, fresh eggs, firewood, s'mores kits, and local goods. Say hello to our friendly goats, pigs, and calves, and working free-range farm dogs or watch our crew tend the market garden. 🧑‍🌾A Note About the Farm Experience: Staying on a working farm means getting the luxury of farm life without the chores—but with a few rustic realities. Our water comes from a natural well and may have slight discoloration, though we have a soft-water filter, and provide a filtered tap for drinking. You might notice some dust, the occasional bug, bird nests, or wildlife sounds such as fox calls in the distance. The road is paved almost all the way to the farm, then very well-maintained dirt roads upon turning in. It's dark here, and we recommend arriving during the day for ease of finding your stay, though the address sign is lit up at night. Cell service is limited, however Wi-Fi through Starlink is very dependable, though imperfect. It’s all part of the charm, and we hope it adds to your connection with nature during your stay. 🐾 Pet-Friendly We welcome well-behaved pets with a small fee per pet (added at booking), to help keep our home clean and cozy for all. 🕰️ Optional Add-Ons for Comfort & Convenience Early check-in, late check-out, spa heat (seasonally available May-Sep), and propane refills are available through your guest portal and handled via Airbnb’s Resolution Center. Hosted by Dare 2 Dream Farms 🧑‍🌾 Guest access The kitchen, patio, backyard, living room, laundry room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and front yard are all available for your private use. You may also enjoy a walk around the farm to view the garden and animals; however, these are shared guests and workspaces. The garage is locked and not for guest use, and you may hear us in that space. The closet in the primary bedroom is also locked and not for guest use. There's driveway parking for up to 6 cars and additional parking on the road. Self-check-in via smart lock. The home is stocked with essentials to help you settle in and enjoy your stay. The landscaping service comes on Saturdays or Sundays for an hour. Other things to note Lompoc is the best vantage point on the West Coast for viewing the stellar rocket launches by NASA and SpaceX from Vandenberg Space Force Base. Missile launch days and times are released several days in advance and are subject to change based on weather conditions and/or mechanical challenges. Once booked, we'll provide you with all the details you need in your guest portal for checking launch schedules! Please shower to remove oils, lotions, and dirt before getting in the pool. If the pool is found in a condition unusable by future guests, not treatable with the filter and chlorine (i.e. dirty bottom, film, discoloration, excessive debris, or food) we must drain, refill, and filter the entire pool and will assess a $150 pool cleaning fee.
