There is room for everyone to sleep as it has the beds that come under the duo mattresses and these 4 squares can be retracted during the day and be comfortable armchairs (which are not normally used by the beds). When 6 people are staying, it is designed to be functional for those who keep the beds in the morning or do not use the apartment many hours a day. The hot water is provided by a 80 liter thermotanque, high recovery within the same departamento. The same requires waiting for the water it conserves to heat up to about 90 degrees celsius in that 80 liters when it is full. The size is suitable for rational use in this apartment, but if prolonged showers are taken (at high temperatures), as in any thermotank, when the hot water runs out, you must wait for the temperature to recover.
