Access to the whole estate is restricted. Your access is limited to the living quarter, pond and roundhouse, which are exclusively for your private use. Other things to note CHECK IN/OUT TIME As we have to take time to prepare our property to be ready for guests, the earliest check-in time we’re able to offer is 4pm and the latest check-out time is 10am. Sorry that we can't be more flexible. ACCESSIBILITY The property is spread across two levels, the living quarters is located at ground floor level and the Roundhouse pond and spa are located on the upper level which is accessed via outdoor stone steps and stepping stones. If you are concerned about using paths directly next to the water’s edge, please avoid these as you're able to access the roundhouse and the sauna via alternative walkways. ADDITIONAL FIRE WOOD Additional Fire Wood - £20 per Section Fires will be set ahead of your arrival. We will supply two large baskets of logs for your stay, plus kindling. Should you require extra wood, you are welcome to utilise our additional logs at cost price of £20 per section (approximately 50 logs per section), which is charged to the nearest half-section you use. We will calculate the cost of additional wood usage and settle funds after your stay.
